I shoot and edit a video you can use right away. All you need to do is let me in.

I come on site, usually for a morning. I’ll send you a checklist of what to prepare beforehand.

You get a first version for comments. Two rounds of edits are included.

You get the finished video within 5 days, ready for your website, listing and social media. Only now do you pay the rest.

About me
I’m Ondřej and I make videos in Brno.
I’m 18, in my final year at a construction technical school, and alongside that I make real estate videos. Thanks to my field I look at a flat or house a little differently: I notice the layout, light and materials.
You tell me what you want to show, and I film it so buyers get it straight from the video. I shoot, edit and reply myself.

How much does it cost?
It depends on how much there is to film, where the property is and what you want. I’ll tell you the exact price before the shoot, not after.
Can I start with just one property?
Yes. Tell me what the property is, where it is and when you want to list it. We’ll agree on the scope and price. We can talk about ongoing work after your first video.
Do you want a deposit?
Yes, 50 % when you order. It confirms the date and covers travel and filming. You pay the rest after delivery.
When do I pay?
The 50 % deposit when you order, the rest after delivery with 14 days to pay.
Is video worth it for a regular flat or a rental?
Yes, if it shows what photos can’t, such as how the rooms connect or how the house relates to the garden. I adapt the scope to the listing. You don’t have to order a series or appear on camera.
How long does it take?
I usually deliver the finished video within 5 days of the shoot. You get a first version for comments.
How long does the shoot itself take?
Usually a morning. For larger houses plan for a morning and an afternoon.
Can I cancel the date?
You can move it free of charge, just let me know a day before. The deposit carries over to the new date.
What do I need to prepare?
Get the property ready as you would for a viewing: tidy, personal items out of sight. I’ll send you a short checklist so the shoot goes quickly.
Do I have to be in the video?
No. I can make a video without you, or one where you are the main face. Then I write the script and guide you through the shoot.
Do you work outside Brno?
I shoot in Brno, the surrounding area and the Blansko region. Further away by arrangement, with travel added for distant places.
Which formats will I get?
A version for your listing (ready to upload), vertical for Instagram and TikTok, and landscape for YouTube. One shoot gives you content for every channel.
What if I don’t like the finished video?
You don’t pay the rest. The deposit covers travel and filming, but I won’t charge for an edit you’re not happy with.
How many rounds of edits are included?
Two. You write comments directly on the video timeline, so it’s clear what they refer to. I reply within 48 hours.
What can be changed after the shoot?
The order of shots, length and pace, colours and exposure, subtitles based on your text, and corrections of facts about the property.
And what can’t be changed?
Shots that weren’t filmed, a completely different concept, swapping the music and anything that requires coming back. Better to agree on what you expect beforehand.
Who owns the video?
Once paid, you have full rights to the video. You can use it anywhere, for as long as you like.
Will you use my video in your portfolio?
Only with your written consent. Without it the video won’t appear anywhere, neither on my website nor on social media.
